1. How long does the printing process take?

Most products take 24 hours to produce.  We offer same day service for an additional fee.  

 

2. Do you offer design services if I don’t have artwork ready?

Yes. If you need help creating or refining your design, our team can assist with layout, branding, and file setup to ensure your project prints beautifully.

 

3. What type of files should I upload?

For best results, we recommend high-resolution (300dpi or higher) PDF, JPG, or PNG files. If you’re unsure, upload what you have — our team will let you know if adjustments are needed.

4. Can I request changes after submitting my form?

Absolutely. Once we contact you, you can provide updates or adjustments to your project before it goes into production.

5. Do you offer bulk or discounted pricing for large orders?

Yes. Pricing may vary depending on the product type and quantity. Let us know the volume of your order, and we’ll provide a custom quote.

6. What printing finishes do you provide?

We offer a variety of finishes including gloss, matte, and specialty coatings. Paper weights and textures are also available. Your coordinator will help you choose the best fit for your project.

7. How will I know when my order is ready?

Once production is complete, we’ll notify you by email or phone with pickup or delivery details.

8. Can you ship printed items?

Yes. We offer shipping to homes, businesses, and event locations. Shipping fees vary based on weight and distance.  Most shipping cost won't exceed $10.

9. What if I need a rush order?

Rush services may be available depending on the project and timing. Submit your request, and we’ll let you know the earliest possible turnaround.
